Store Policies & Purchase Instructions
E-Store Section
* Click the PURCHASE section on the main website to be redirected to the E-Store
* Drill down under 'Total Control Applications' to bring up the list of applications for sale
* 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' for the application(s) you are interested in
* 'Checkout' to start the sales process once you have finished your selection
* Read & agree to the EULA by marking off the check box and click continue
* Fill in the required user, shipping, and billing information. Don't forget to input the State/Providence field. Click continue
* Choose the supported credit card you will make the purchase with. Click continue.
* Input the credit card information. Click continue when done to make the purchase.
* When purchase is complete you will be emailed a link to the program based on your billing email address. Stay on the receipt page on the Estore. Follow instructions for installing on mobile device from the next section
Mobile Device Section
* Open your sales receipt email directly on your mobile device. The email client must support hyperlinks. On blackberry for instance you must use the default email client. Browser based email does not support hyperlinks on blackberry.
* Scroll to the bottom of the sales receipt email and click the download hyperlink
* When prompted on the mobile device, download and install the program
* Follow any instructions your mobile device may give you. For instance in some cases you may be asked to reboot your mobile device after downloading to continue
* Once the applicaiton is installed on your mobile device you will need to register the application in order for it to function
* Open the application directly on your mobile device for the first time
* If Blackberry or Windows Mobile you will be prompted to input your 'License' which can be found in the receipt email. Please input all characters including dashes. Also input your billing email address.
* If Android you will be prompted to input your 'Billing' email address you used in the E-Store. Input this address
* Click the 'Register!' button from the menu list
* After a minute or two the application should open and be available for use from that point on. No need to register anymore
* If you have any issue at this point please double check that you input the email address from your 'Billing' section in the E-Store (this will also be in your sales receipt email) and that it is spelled correctly. It is NOT case sensitive.

Downloaded Software: A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
*Defective software *Software not received due to our error *Duplicate Purchases *Billing Errors
Refunds cannot be offered for:
*Software purchased for the wrong device or platform *Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
